"Raise the Roof" Youth Event

Raise the Roof was held on the Madison Green, located at the intersection of Boston Post Rd./Route 1 and Copse Road in Madison, CT (one block west of Rte. 79). The day-long event brought together youth age 14 through 18 and included building sheds, flower boxes and benches for Habitat homes. Live music was performed by local artists and a food tent was on site.

The event ran from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm with a choice of building shifts at: 8:30 – 10:30, 10:30 – 12:00, or 12:30 – 2:00. Or stay for the whole day!
The event was free, but we asked for a $15 donation to support Raise the Roof fundraising.
